Who We Are

Vallarta Property Group is a working name operated by Alex Schmidt, based in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. This policy explains what information we may receive from clients and website visitors, how it is used, and how you can reach us with questions or requests.

Information We May Receive

Depending on how you contact us, we may receive information such as your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, property information, and details about a rental, purchase, sale, property-management, or hospitality-service inquiry. This may include messages and correspondence, and any information you voluntarily submit through our website forms, by email, by phone, or by WhatsApp.

Our CRM and Client Communications

Information you share with us may be stored and organized in our private CRM (client relationship management system). We use this to respond to inquiries, manage client relationships, track conversations and follow-ups, coordinate appointments, assist with property searches, and provide our real estate, property-management, and hospitality-consulting services.

WhatsApp Communications

When you communicate with us through WhatsApp, your inbound messages and related contact information may be received and stored in our CRM for communication management and follow-up. Our current WhatsApp CRM integration is inbound and read-only — we do not use it to send automated WhatsApp marketing messages.

Google Workspace Integration

We may use authorized Google Workspace integrations to help organize Gmail and Google Calendar information within our CRM. Our current implementation is read-only for both Gmail and Google Calendar.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above for ordinary business purposes, including responding to inquiries, client service, property searches, property management, scheduling, follow-up, and internal business administration.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by appropriate technology, cloud, or service providers when necessary to operate our systems and provide our services — for example, CRM, email, calendar, or hosting providers.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot promise that information will never be accessed or disclosed by unauthorized means.

Your Privacy Rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legitimate legal, contractual, accounting, or recordkeeping requirements.
