How does check-in work?
Self check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM. We send step-by-step arrival instructions before your stay, and our team is local if you need anything.
Are there stairs?
Palma Suite is on the ground floor, with no stairs. Sol Studio and Cielo Suite (third floor) are reached by stairs.
Is there laundry?
Palma Suite has its own washer. For Sol Studio and Cielo Suite, there's a laundry service close by that we're happy to recommend.
What is the cancellation policy for direct bookings?
Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, or at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
Is the neighborhood noisy?
Zona Romántica is lively, especially on weekend evenings and in high season. Casa Rodriguez sits a little tucked away from most of the activity, so it's calmer than the busiest streets while everything is still a short walk away.
Are pets, smoking or events allowed?
No pets, no smoking and no events. Children and infants are welcome.
