What This Covers

If you have communicated with Vallarta Property Group, you may request deletion of personal information associated with website inquiries, email communications, WhatsApp communications, and records held in our CRM (client relationship management system).

How to Request Deletion

Email vallartapropertygroup@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

To help us identify your records, please include:

• Your name
• The email address you used with VPG, and/or
• The telephone or WhatsApp number you used with VPG

What Not to Send

Please do not send passwords, verification codes, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information. We only need enough information to locate and confirm your records.

Verification

We may reasonably verify a deletion request before removing information, to help confirm the request is coming from the person associated with those records.

Information We May Need to Retain

Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, accounting, contractual records, fraud prevention, or other legitimate business recordkeeping, even after a deletion request is processed.
